Southern Burgenland boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and the climate is classified as warm and temperate. The average annual temperature is around 9°C and even in the driest months there is intermittent rainfall. June and July are the hottest months with temperatures of up to 33°C. In the winter months, the average daily temperature drops to 4-6°C.

We are 137 km from Vienna Airport, the journey takes about 90 minutes.
Graz Airport is 91 km away and the journey takes around 60 minutes.

We are happy to organize a transfer for you from the airport, train station or private address. A reservation +2 days in advance is necessary.

Vienna is connected to Bad Tatzmannsdorf and Oberwart by daily scheduled buses (line G1). The reserve transfer from your bus stop is of course free of charge, a reservation +1 day in advance is necessary.

Guaranteed check-in is from 3 pm. Please note that rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Early check-in or late check-out are sometimes options, but are subject to availability the night before until 6pm and incur an additional charge.

There are pet-friendly double rooms 31m², 2 junior suites 45m² and 1 suite 55m². Please note our guidelines. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness or pool area. However, you are welcome to take a seat with your four-legged friend at the hotel bar and in the Traube restaurant (subject to availability and advance reservation). Please ask in advance by telephone if you wish to bring other animals (cats, horses).

In our underground parking garage you will find charging stations for all common e-cars. Here you can conveniently charge your vehicle with direct access to the hotel for an additional charge.

The buffet breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m. in the Supreme and Birdie restaurants. Our breakfast chefs will be happy to prepare a selection of fresh dishes for you. You can also order breakfast to your room if you prefer to relax in your room. A small bathrobe breakfast is available from 6.30 am to 11 am in the foyer of the spa area.

From 6.30 pm, a table is reserved for you in the Supreme restaurant (served area). However, you can choose the Birdie restaurant (buffet, show kitchen / registration by 6 p.m.) or the Traube restaurant with advance reservation by 1.30 p.m. on steak days (with surcharge). Please arrive by 7.30 p.m. at the latest so that you can be allocated a table.

During your stay with us, you have a choice of nine pools. In addition to the Pleasure Pool on level -2 (accessible via level -3), we offer the Yin Yang Spa, thermal bath area and Ladies Spa - all on floor -3.

The spa area is included free of charge from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 6 pm on the day of departure. If you arrive earlier (from 10 am), you can use the spa area for an additional charge.

The loungers and baskets at our pools and in the spa area are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Yes, there is a bike, e-bike and e-mountain bike rental service. In the warm season, there are weekly guided bike tours through the beautiful landscape around our hotel. The Bahntrassen cycle path and the Burgenland trails are also in the immediate vicinity.

There are numerous running, hiking and walking routes around the hotel. The paths lead through forests, meadows and the enchanting landscape of southern Burgenland.

The English. You have the choice between lounge lessons, private lessons and rides. You can also enjoy an idyllic carriage ride with our Lipizzaners.

There are special prices for guests of Reiters Hotels, from which you benefit as a hotel guest.

The Supreme offers a predominantly adults-only atmosphere for guests aged 16 and over. Families with children are very welcome at our Reserve sister hotel Finest Family. We would like to point out that children can travel alone or with their families in the public Reserve areas.

Yes, our Supreme has seminar rooms of various sizes available. We can organize an individual team building for you on request.

Southern Burgenland is an enchanting landscape for slowing down and has a touch of originality. The idyllic hilly landscape is ideal for long hikes, e-biking and cycling or for running, Nordic walking and golfing.
