During your stay with us, you have a choice of nine pools. In addition to the Pleasure Pool on level -2 (accessible via level -3), we offer the Yin Yang Spa, thermal bath area and Ladies Spa - all on floor -3.

The wellness area is included free of charge from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival for one night, from 12.00 pm for two nights and until 6.00 pm on the day of departure.

The sunbeds and baskets at our pools and in the spa area are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The indoor pools are open daily from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm, the outdoor pools from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm. The saunas have different opening times between 8.00 am and 10.00 pm.

Our breakfast starts at 7.00 am and the whole buffet is open until 10.30 am / you can find our Early Bird breakfast at -3 in the wellness area from 6.30 am / for late risers we serve a continental breakfast until 11.30 am.

The breakfast buffet takes place from 7.00 to 10.30 am in the Supreme and Birdie restaurants. Our breakfast chefs will be happy to prepare a selection of fresh dishes for you. For early risers, we offer an Early Bird breakfast from 6.30 am in the wellness area on level -3. If you prefer to relax, a small bathrobe breakfast is available from 6.30 am to 11.00 am in the foyer of the spa area. For late risers, there is also a continental breakfast served until 11.30 am. On request, you can also order your breakfast to your room and enjoy it at your leisure.

A table will be reserved for you in the restaurant from 6.00 pm. Please arrive by 8.00 pm at the latest so that a table can be allocated to you. The buffets are of course available for longer: The starter buffet until 8.30 pm and the dessert and cheese buffet until 9.30 pm.

The Supreme Pension includes your lunch in NIKIS BISTRO - our all-day restaurant. Crisp salads, freshly prepared dishes, refreshing drinks, homemade cakes and ice cream creations await you here in a relaxed atmosphere. The Supreme Pension can be booked in addition to the standard rate.

There are four restaurants in total at Hotel Reiters Supreme. The same menu is served in all restaurants. The breakfast buffet is served in two of the restaurants.

No, we do not offer a pure à la carte restaurant. At lunchtime, you are welcome to dine à la carte in Niki's bistro or on the bistro terrace (for an extra charge). At dinner, you can choose your main course - whether meat, fish or purely plant-based - from a menu that changes daily. Homemade bread, delicious cold appetisers, soups, an intermediate course and tempting desserts await you at the buffet.

Yes, our room service is available for an additional charge. You can have breakfast brought to your room from 7.00 am to 11.30 am. Between 11.30 am and 5.30 pm you can choose from our extensive menu. Between 5.30 pm and 9.30 pm you can also choose from the evening menu. From 21.30 we offer a small selection.

We are happy to cater for food intolerances such as gluten- or lactose-free diets. In the case of other intolerances or other dietary requirements that are not compatible with our culinary concept, restrictions must be expected or can only be taken into account on request. Please inform us in writing of your food allergies or intolerances at least 7 days before arrival.

We are happy to customise your dish to a certain extent according to your wishes - for example, the cooking level or the choice of side dish (potatoes/rice/pasta). Your meal will be freshly prepared for you à la minute.

Of course! Our kitchen is flexible - just let us know when you book or on site. At the breakfast buffet in the Supreme Restaurant you will find a separate vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free buffet. Gluten-free pastries are freshly baked for you and can be ordered via the service team. In the evening, we are happy to take your dietary requirements into account by making small changes to the dishes so that they remain gluten-free and/or lactose-free. Our evening menu also includes a vegan option every day - from the starter to the cheese.

No, you don't need a card for the wellness area. You can also enter the spa without a card.

You can use the room until 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible depending on availability. The surcharge for this is €69.00 for the room. A firm confirmation is only possible on the evening before departure.
