Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of one dog per room from the age of 12 months. By law, animals are not permitted in wellness/pool areas and restaurants (except the Traube/Winter Garden in the Hotel Supreme) and must be kept on a lead throughout the reserve. We ask for your understanding that we do not accommodate listed dogs.

Dogs are sometimes just dogs and we understand that things can be damaged or others injured. In this case, you are responsible, liable and may incur additional costs for repair or cleaning. We ask that young animals are not left unattended in the room.
