At Restaurant Traube, real meat lovers get their money's worth. As an excellent steak restaurant, we rely exclusively on our own naturally reared and grass-fed Angus cattle. Dry aged steaks matured on the bone for eight weeks - for the finest flavour. Also sometimes in hay, ash or valley. Always perfectly prepared and creatively presented. The Birdie restaurant is a delight for all the senses - see, smell, marvel and help yourself to the sumptuous buffet. Appetisers, soups, salads, hot snacks and, to top it all off, sophisticated desserts, which we offer alternately at the buffet or serve directly at the table.

The winter garden at Reiters Supreme is open, bright and spacious for our guests. In addition to inspiring food and drinks, you can also enjoy direct access to the terrace and the occasional sunset.
