At Restaurant Traube, real meat lovers get their money's worth. As an excellent steak restaurant, we rely exclusively on our own naturally reared and grass-fed Angus cattle. Dry aged steaks matured on the bone for eight weeks - for the finest flavour. Also sometimes in hay, ash or valley. Always perfectly prepared and creatively presented. A tender experience for every palate. Make sure you book!

The Birdie restaurant is a delight for all the senses - see, smell, marvel and help yourself to the sumptuous buffet. Appetisers, soups, salads, hot snacks and, to top it all off, sophisticated desserts, which we offer alternately at the buffet or serve directly at the table.
