Helmuth Gangl

The cuisine at Reiters Supreme has borne the signature of former 3-toque chef Helmuth Gangl for many years. His cooking is both captivatingly simple and sophisticated at the same time. With his motivated kitchen team, he surprises his guests - and even us - time and time again. His cuisine is characterised by his childhood in the Bad Radkersburg countryside, his mother, but also by culinary trips such as to Singapore. That is why there is only one constant with him: change.

Thomas Aspan

After working in Pörtschach, Lech am Arlberg, the USA, the Caribbean and on cruise ships, Thomas has been Sous Chef at Supreme since 2007. Since 2021, he has shared the kitchen management at Supreme with Helmuth Gangl.
