Gopi comes from Kerala, India, and is a trained Ayurveda Vaidya (B.A.M.S.) with over 30 years of experience. He has been living and practising in Austria for 18 years. As a specialist in pulse diagnosis, nutrition and life counselling, he sensitively accompanies people on their path to better health, inner balance and new vitality.
Ayurveda – the knowledge of life – is closely connected to nature for him. With his deep experience, he teaches us how to use the natural forces around us to bring body, mind and soul into harmony.
The yin-yang symbol is used in our activities programme and in the restaurant to identify specific units and dishes that are designed to achieve balance and harmony.

Our Ayurveda specialist awaits you in the spa with an initial consultation and a pulse diagnosis. Two customised Ayurveda treatments will be arranged.
As a small gift, an Ayurveda tea set awaits you in your room - harmonised with the Dosha types to gently accompany you into relaxation in the evening.

Our activity programme will also surprise you: gentle yoga in the morning, small sessions with breathing exercises or soothing movements that bring body and soul into balance! Here are a few more tips:
Before treatments: Prepare your body with light activity such as a mindful walk or gentle yoga. This will loosen your muscles and promote blood circulation.
After treatments: Support your body's regeneration with relaxing stretching exercises or progressive muscle relaxation. A short meditation can help to deepen the effect of the treatment and calm the mind.
Before the sauna: Activate your circulation with light exercise, such as a short walk or gentle stretching. This prepares the body for the heat and promotes a pleasant sauna experience.
After the sauna: Deepen your relaxation with calm movements such as pranayama breathing exercises or a walking meditation. Synchronise your breathing with your steps and come fully into the moment.
Tip: savour every meal mindfully. Chewing slowly (15-30 times per bite) improves digestion, promotes the absorption of nutrients and gives you a lasting feeling of satiety. Combine eating with a moment of gratitude to unite enjoyment and mindfulness.
