With our FLEX rate, you enjoy maximum freedom when planning your trip. You can cancel your reservation at any time up to the day of arrival without giving a reason. You will only be charged the deposit paid at the time of booking.
Deposit & flexible cancellation option WITH FLEX rate
The FLEX rate requires a deposit of 4% of the total amount. This deposit secures your right to cancel your booking up to the day of arrival without giving a reason. The deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation.
The deposit must be paid by credit card immediately upon booking. Early departure is not covered by this policy.
Rebooking WITH FLEX Rate
A one-time free rebooking of your confirmed booking at the current daily rate is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
Fees WITHOUT flex rate
Cancellation fees for the booked arrangement
Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
29 to 7 days before arrival: 50%
6 to 1 day before arrival: 70%
On the day of arrival and in case of early departure: 100%
Cancellations must be made in writing.
